First Aid / CPR / AED Training for Construction

Every employer has a legal obligation to establish an effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program to promote health and safety in the workplace. Complying with safe and healthful work practices includes first aid kits easily accessible to each work area, and training of at least one employee on each shift currently qualified to render first aid.

Participants learn to prevent, prepare and respond to workplace emergencies. This course covers

  • personal and patient protection;
  • how to reduce disease transmission;
  • adult CPR and foreign body airway obstruction maneuvers;
  • bleeding control and shock prevention;
  • how to treat bleeding, shock, and traumatic injuries
A two year course card will be issued upon course completion.

Instructor is bilingual in Spanish.
