Notice of Meeting of Members for the Nevada County Contractors' Association
to be held

at our offices at
149 Crown Point Court, Suite A, Grass Valley, CA 95945

The NCCA will be holding a meeting of the members for the purpose of approving updates to our By-laws and Articles of Incorporation.
While you can attend the meeting and vote in person, we would greatly appreciate your returning the ballot by mail, fax, in person, or e-mail prior to the meeting so that we can more easily monitor the vote count before the meeting.
Voting will close promptly at 5:30pm on August 29, 2019. Time will be allotted before the vote closes to answer any member questions regarding the changes to our governing documents.
If possible, please let us know your intention to attend the meeting of the members so that we can provide refreshments for the appropriate number of attendees.
