Hands on training that covers California prevailing wages. Walk away from this 6-hour class with the needed knowledge and forms to successfully work on a prevailing wage project.

  • How to determine:
    • Funding source (i.e. local, state, federal, other)
    • Prevailing wage determination & classifications
  • All other fundamentals of Prevailing Wage including updated rates & laws
  • What is required?
    • Statement of Compliance (Certified Payroll Certificate)
    • Statement of Employer Payments (PW 26)
    • Public Works Contract Award Information (DAS 140)
    • Request for Dispatch of registered Apprentice (DAS 142)
    • Training Fund Contributions (CAC 2)
    • Verification of Apprentice/Journeyman Hours
  • Review DIR requirements
  • How to properly bid a prevailing wage project
